From intern to excellence: Lebone Marule awarded the prestigious CEO's Award for 2024

Lebone joined DM Minerals Group® in 2022 as part of the organisation's first internship cohort, a result of a groundbreaking partnership with Nkangala TVET College. From the very beginning, her enthusiasm for learning and her drive to excel set her apart. She embraced every opportunity to develop her skills, proving that determination and hard work truly pay off.

As a Financial Accountant, Lebone's meticulous attention to detail and strong work ethic have been instrumental in streamlining processes and ensuring financial accuracy. Beyond her technical expertise, she has showcased a remarkable ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues, contributing to a culture of teamwork and innovation within the organisation. Her leadership qualities, even at an early stage in her career, have not gone unnoticed.
