Our Group CEO reflects on milestones, gratitude, and vision for growth at year-end function

At our recent year-end function, our Group CEO, Doctor Motswadire, expressed heartfelt gratitude and reflected on our journey since 2015.

"I want to start by saying thank you. Each of you have played a crucial role in getting us to where we are today. The journey started in 2015, and we are still here because of all of you," he said, reflecting on how far the company has come. He emphasised the importance of pausing to appreciate the bigger picture. "It's easy to get caught up in the day-to-day hustle, but today, let's pause and look at the bigger picture of what we're achieving here together."

Motswadire reminded everyone that DM Minerals Group® is more than just a workplace, it's a space where ideas come to life, and psychological safety is at the core. "Every project you work on, every challenge you tackle, and every success you celebrate is helping us reach a shared vision to become the best."

Acknowledging the team's hard work and dedication, he reassured them, "Each one of you contributes something unique, and I want you to know that it does not go unnoticed. We succeed because of you - your dedication, your hard work, your loyalty, and your drive to move us forward."

Looking to the future, he encouraged the team to keep pushing boundaries, asking tough questions, and challenging the status quo. "How can we do things better? How can we serve our clients in ways that our competitors haven't even thought of yet?" This call to action reinforced the company's commitment to innovation and its entrepreneurial spirit.;

Motswadire also shared a story that resonated deeply with everyone: the story of the Chinese bamboo tree. He likened the company's growth to the tree's journey, saying, "It takes five years for the Chinese bamboo tree to break ground, but in those five years beneath the soil, there is a lot of growth and patience." His words reinforced the importance of persistence, patience, and a long-term vision.
