Greetings, Members

As we approach the festive season, we are now entering another hidden pandemic. This, together with the current COVID-19 situation, raises the risks for us. It simply signifies that we are confronted with a major problem. We can't talk about safety without thinking about COVID-19, as the new normal has taught us. As a result, I'll emphasise about the Coronavirus outbreak in my message.

Much has been said and conveyed about how we can prevent the spread of COVID-19. We must continue taking appropriate precautions, which include avoiding crowded spaces, closed spaces without sufficient ventilation, and close contact situations. COVID-19 is only spread by persons moving around. This deadly virus is acquired and transmitted by contact and movement. COVID-19 does not travel; but individuals do. As a result, humans are disease enablers.

Our approach toward safety has always been and will continue to be that "safety is our license to operate," making it the most important value in our company. I implore all of you to contribute positively to the eradication of the virus and to do everything possible to prevent the virus from spreading and to stay healthy.

Please enjoy this well-deserved season responsibly as we move into the hysteria of the holiday season. Do not drive when or under the influence of drugs or alcohol. That is completely reckless. Also, do not report for duty if you are intoxicated.

As I end, I'd like to express my gratitude to those members of the DM Minerals Group™ who have joined the billions of people around the world who have vaccinated. Bravo to each one of you. Those who have not yet been vaccinated are encouraged to join the growing queue to receive their vaccination. Only via vaccination will we be able to resume our usual lives. I implore us all to do our part in eradicating the COVID-19 scourge.
